I have been using Prevage religiously for six weeks - the time in which you are supposed to notice some wrinkle reduction. I am in my early thirties and am bothered by the fine lines under my eyes, and am also interested in preventing further sun damage. Prevage is marketed as the strongest, most effective antioxidant and therefore is supposed to be superior for preventative purposes. As far as the wrinkle-reduction is concerned, I am very disappointed. If anything, because my skin is on the dry side, and because one is supposed to apply this product before any others (including moisturizers), the skin under my eyes appears more dry and wrinkled. I therefore have not seen any evidence that it is an effective wrinkle reducer at all. However, it is impossible to assess how effective it is as an antioxidant, and therefore how effective it is as a preventative product. I do like the fact that it is less irritating than Vitamin C, as it is not acidic. Because of the irritating effect of Vitamin C on my skin, I have only been able to apply it every other day. I have had no such problems with Prevage. It is drying on my skin, but not irritating.
